Here’s what people are saying about
Lynette as a Speaker:
I have had so many wonderful comments on your presentation—and many thanks from those who attended. You did a fantastic job, and gave out some very helpful information. Thanks Lynette!

We booked Lynette Crane as speaker on “Discover How Others Misunderstand You…and what to do about it” at the August 29, 2011 retreat for the Department of Design, Housing and Apparel, University of Minnesota. Lynette’s presentation addressed our desire to improve understanding and strengthen communication.
Her presentation was successful because she engaged the audience with thoughtful content, organization and activities. Our faculty have already started to adopt new language from increased awareness. I would recommend Lynette to any organization looking for a speaker who is professional, knowledgeable and able to engage a diverse audience.
Elizabeth (Missy) Bye, Chair, Department of Design, Housing & Apparel, U. of Minn.
You MOVED the crowd to emotional ups and to a moment of reflection. There is nothing better than that. Bravo and well done.
Susan A. Fink, Vice President , External Relations, Minneapolis Heart Institute Foundation
You know how you just trust some information because you trust the person giving it? That’s Lynette Crane. She presents with confidence in a calm and strong manner that invites you into her topic. The content is always good and more important, she gives a lot of useful information. I’ve heard her speak on several of these topics that she is very knowledgeable about—and teaches through personal stories: Heart-Wise Woman (cardiac disease); How Others Misunderstand You (about language of communication); Balancing your Life (to have more time); Health and Happiness (how to attain it) and finally, Shyness, Success and Health (how the behavioral trait of shyness can affect your success and healthy.
As an editor, I appreciate clear, concise information. Her experience and expertise shine through on every talk, and the listeners are the winners, regardless what the topic she is sharing.

Over 200 women attended her talk – the largest audience we have ever had. In all the years I have been here, I have never heard so many positive comments from our members about a speaker!

Lynette Crane as speaker on stress and heart disease in women at Murnane Brandt on September 13, 2011.
1) “The reason we booked Lynette for this presentation was our high stress environment and concern for the health of our female professionals.
2) Her presentation was a huge success because her personal story made the concern very real. It was a wake-up call to those in our audience who don’t have such healthy lifestyles. If it could happen to a healthy female adult doing all the right things, then they were at greater risk than they realized.
3) ”We would definitely recommend Lynette to any organization looking for a speaker who is looking for….(conveying a positive message about simple steps to take control of your health and that it’s never too late to make improvements and possibly reverse some of the damage already done.

Lynette Crane… gave (a talk) to the Minneapolis chapter of AAUW. Over 200 women attended and I just learned that one of them, a friend of mine, decided after hearing the talk to make an appointment with her physician. Apparently she’d been having some symptoms that were worrisome to her in light of what she learned from Lynette. Well, she went to that appointment and they rushed her to the hospital for an emergency double bypass. She is recovering now. It is to the credit of Lynette.. that her life was saved. Wow. ”

Some things I really liked that kept me listening to the end: You told your story, and followed with a wealth of great information and facts in an organized, easy to follow and easy to understand way. Then, the information about what to do if you DO..

Lynette Crane understands the serious need to let go of stress as it relates to women and heart disease. I am so grateful for her relaxation recording as it helped me while finishing writing and publishing my book to take a moment and de-stress. I went from being overwhelmed to almost asleep as I took 15 minutes to listen to her process. I plan to use this on a regular basis to keep myself healthy and feel calmer and less stressed.
